Process Pumps For Petrochemicals

Single-Stage End-Suction

Designed for handling chemically active and neutral fluids having pH value within 4 to 9 at pumping temperatures of max. 165°C.
Wide range of chemical transfer and process liquid services.
Fields of application: 
  · chemical industry; 
  · food industry;
  · oil-refining industry;
  · hot water heating and water supply systems.
Electrically driven horizontal end suction single-stage centrifugal pumps with an overhung impeller, designed in accordance with ISO 2858. The rotor is carried by oil- (with constant level oiler) or grease-lubricated antifriction bearings. Shaft sealing: mechanical seal or soft-packed gland. The impeller design ensures the maximum possible hydraulic balancing of the rotor axial thrust. Residual thrust, arising as it wears, is absorbed by the pump bearing.
Materials of the hydraulic parts: 
  · carbon steels (identified with the letter A);
  · 12% Cr steel (identified with the letter D);
  · titanium (identified with the letter T) for pumps designed for handling liquids with pH 2;
  · corrosion-resistant 17% Cr 13 Ni S. S. (identified with the letter E);
  · chromium-nickel steel grades (identified with the letter K)

Vertically Suspended Axial Flow

Designed to transfer chemically active liquids having density up to 1800 kg/m3, with max. 20 percent solid content by mass and grain size not exceeding 0.5 mm at pumping temperatures of max. 140°C in the evaporating apparatuses and evaporator systems.
Fields of application: chemical industry, land drainage and irrigation.
